Condensers and Chillers
Condensers
The Sarvana Condensers are used in Refrigeration mainly in packaged, central plants. The Condenser tubes are made in 19mm O.D Seamless copper. Tubes are expanded into Tube sheets in order to make it leak proof. Shell is an ERW pipe of Standard make, rolled from tested quality steel plates. The Condenser size varies from 5TR to 120TR. We, at Sri Sarvana Industries, can also manufacture Ammonia Condensers for Distilleries and Breweries as per the requirements.
Chillers
The Sarvana Chillers are used in refrigeration mainly in the central plants. Cupronickel in tubes can be used in the marine water Refrigeration systems in order to avoid sea erosion also. The shell is ERW pipes or is rolled from tested pipes. The shell dia varies from 8" to 25". The length varies from 5' to 12'. Tub sheets are fabricated to carbon steel of adequate thickness. Proper selections of tube side passes arrangement ensure optimum refrigerant velocity. Continued development work has ensured selection of optimum baffle cut and baffle spacing for maximum heat transfer effect. We, at Sri Sarvana Industries, can also manufacture Ammonia Chillers like Distilleries and Breweries.
